My name is Tommy Hunter, founder and creative director of Business Buffoon. Let’s talk about me.
A graduate of The Second City Conservatory in Los Angeles and The Groundlings Writing Lab, I’m an officially certified comedy specialist, which is totally a real thing you don’t need to look up.
As a comedian I know how to write material that makes everyone laugh…except my mom and Germans. I’ve even appeared in several big brand commercials and auditioned for many more, giving me a front-row seat to advertising in action.
I also spent several soulless years in the marketing and procurement departments of major studios in Hollywood. I endured endless corporate-speak and insufferably boring meetings and materials that were ineffective – or worse, ignored.
With the skills and scars I’ve gained through these direct experiences, I started Business Buffoon to help companies and organizations like yours avoid these sins by strategically incorporating humor into their communications & content.
